RETURNS GUARANTEE
There are two types of products eligible for return:
1) Goods damaged in transit
2) Delivery of goods that do not match a confirmed order
If you wish to return an item, contact us by phone within 24 hours of receipt (delivery), and we will do our best to accommodate you. If goods have been damaged in transit, retain all packaging. If we have made an error, we will reprint your order or issue you credit for the amount (before shipping). Items cannot be returned based on color, as monitor colors vary greatly. If you are unsure of your selection, request a sample before ordering. We reprint or offer credit for items containing typographical errors only.
How to make a return
We only accept authorized returns - if we have approved your return we will provide a return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions. We do not refund shipping costs.
Taxes: Provincial or state taxes are automatically added to orders.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are confirmed within 24hrs via email or by phone if necessary. We ship via Canada Post, standard ground delivery, within 5 business days. During November/December, please provide 5-10 days notice BEFORE you require your order to ensure prompt delivery. Contact us for rush orders.
RETURNS
Orders that have been processed (credit card payments that have been approved) cannot be refunded.
Depending on the product and stage of order fulfillment, we may issue a credit towards the purchase of any products, which are valid up to 6 months after issue date.
Payment Information
All transactions are handled via PAY PAL; Visa, American Express, debit or MasterCard. If you prefer to pay by cheque, contact us, as orders are shipped upon cheque clearing.
Packaging & Shipping
Shipping per card set is $2.00. Cards are sent in sturdy clear card boxes, shipped in bubble wrap packaging. (excl. bulk)
